This Privacy Policy applies to the Meme Soundboard mobile and smartwatch applications (collectively, the “Application”) provided by Nohlabs (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains what information may be processed when you use the Application and the choices available to you.
The Application does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location.

The Application does not contain third-party advertising and we do not use your information for cross-app advertising or behavioral profiling. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Favorites and Pro access status may be transferred between your paired devices using Apple WatchConnectivity or Google Play services for Wear OS. This information is used to keep the Application consistent across your devices and is not intentionally sent to Nohlabs for advertising or profiling. Apple and Google may process technical routing information under their own privacy policies.
The Application relies on the following service providers. They process information only as needed to provide their respective services and are governed by their own privacy terms:
Purchases are completed by Apple or Google. Their payment systems, account information, transaction records, refund handling, and retention practices are controlled by the applicable store rather than by Nohlabs.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, provide the features you request, comply with legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Application. Where required, we rely on your consent.
Favorites and cached sound files remain on your device until you remove them, clear the Application’s data or cache, or uninstall the Application. Synchronized watch data remains on the paired device until it is removed or the Application is uninstalled.
Purchase and transaction records may be retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for as long as necessary to provide purchase restoration, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, and comply with legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet legal requirements.
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to receive a portable copy of certain information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application or a support request, please contact us at [email protected]. We will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Network communications with supported services use encrypted connections where available. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, third-party services, or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued use of the Application after an update means the revised policy will apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
